Noy has been cooking since she was seven, learning from three generations of family. Everything on your plate started there.
Three Generations in One Kitchen
Growing up in Thailand, Noy absorbed her family's flavors and techniques young. Years traveling Southeast Asia deepened that foundation into a lifelong calling.
Opened in a Pandemic Anyway
In 2020, Noy and her husband opened their first location on Campbell Avenue — in the middle of a pandemic. A bet on conviction that Tucson was ready for something more.
Beyond the Familiar
The menu goes deeper than most — khao soi, panang curry, pad kee mao, and the legendary Coco Fries Sweet Potato. Local press called the curries "cult-classic," and regulars agree.
A City Made It Grow
One restaurant on Campbell became four locations across the Tucson area. That growth belongs to every guest who showed up and spread the word.
Noy's House
Reservation only, limited seating, a monthly menu Noy designs herself. It's where she cooks closest to the table she grew up at.
